Situated in the picturesque hill town of Montedinove, five minutes from Montalto, casa casetta is a small town house with breathtaking views over the Marche countryside.

Though compact the property is self-contained and has all the facilities expected of a holiday home. The house has been redecorated and re-furnished and has received high praise from all those who have rented the house.

The property is on three floors. An open-plan ground floor with kitchen, eating and seating area opens onto a balcony with full length double grazed windows and spectacular views. The first floor has a good size double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small single bedroom suitable for one or two young children, in addition there is a sofa bed on the ground floor providing extra sleeping accommodation. On the top floor is a roof terrace with ever more outstanding views out towards the sea and mountains as well as looking back towards the medieval town center.

Please Note that the roof terrace has only a low wall - 80cm - and is therefore unsuitable for unaccompanied children.

The three floors of the house are connected by a continuous spiral staircase.
