"A wonderful house in a stunning setting with an excellent library! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Bella Fonte – wonderful chairs to sit in and the pool was vital in a fortnight when temperatures reached 36 for 10 days. We have enjoyed following your tips for places to visit and were grateful for your regular maintenance visits so we could ask lots of questions. "What a privilege to stay in such a wonderful house in a wonderful country! We have had a fun-packed two weeks; great weather encouraged us to make full use of the pool, loved the herbs in the garden, and enjoyed several fabulous barbeques. In particular, we loved the style and design of the house – plenty large enough for two families, and a refreshing change from other “fitted out to a low budget” houses. "Our time in the villa was magical; such a beautiful part of Italy and the house is amazing! Love the big open kitchen and especially loved cooking up a storm with the enormous pans and gas stove. Our only disappointment was in having to leave!"

"The house and the environment were magnificent! We had a really pleasant stay. The garden with all its exotic fruits, herbs and vegetables was lovely to walk in. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, and so did their parents. In the evening, with the pool lights, the bats gave a spectacular show. The very best dinner we had was at Osteria La Rosa dei Venti, we can recommend this restaurant with genuine an exquisite Italian food and wine. Another tip is the visit of Ripantransone, a very beautiful and special village. We are all glad to have explored this unspoiled region of Le Marche.

"A wonderful setting with glorious, picture postcard scenery! Make the most of the produce from the garden as well as aperitifs at the Bar Sisto in the square. Pool was fab – thanks for keeping it in great condition! We all had a marvelous time and thoroughly recommend the walk up to old Montalto past the pharmacy – Wow!!!
