There are tiled patios to the north and west of the house and a large veranda to the north for al fresco eating. There is a tiled path all round the other sides of the house.

Around the house to all sides are lawns and walnut, cherry and willow trees.Further from the house we are landscping the gardens and beyond this there are 12 acres of natural rather than cultivated environment, excellent for exploring
